Canada’s Oldest Bible college
prairie bible College is Canada’s oldest bible
college and specializes in training effective
workers for churches and other Christian min-
istries – both at home and around the world.
it offers a variety of bachelor’s degrees, two-
year associate of arts and one-year certificates.
in september 2006 prairie opened the first
college in Canada deliberately created to offer
two-year vocational programs in conjunction
with Christian higher education. prairie Col-
lege of applied arts and Technology offers
programs in the areas of health care and early
childhood care. This new college allows stu-
dents to graduate with a two-year associate
of arts degree that contains courses in bible as
well as earn a provincially recognized diploma
in their chosen vocational field – equipping
students for a profession as well as for roles in
